Highwood
Highwood is our first cafe, which opened on August 11, 2018. This decommissioned fire station has been repurposed as a new way to serve the community: delicious coffee and excellent experiences.
Libertyville
Our Libertyville cafe is set in the same building as our roastery and headquarters. Although we began roasting operations in June 2017, we only recently opened the adjoining cafe on September 3, 2023. This cafe may be off the beaten path, but you won’t want to miss the opportunity to see this one-of-a-kind cafe experience.
Winnetka
We are so excited to be open after two hard years of transforming this abandoned 1960s gas station into an exciting new cafe. We opened November 30th, 2023 and have loved serving Winnetka and the surrounding community in this bright, sunny and uplifting cafe.
