The story
Back when we first launched the company—before our beloved cafe—we had pop-up tents in a lot of farmers markets. We offered brewed coffee and cold brew, but we wanted to have some kind of specialty drink to offer people, so we created a cold brew draft latte. Back then, we only had the bourbon vanilla. The cold brew lattes were a huge hit, and they remained the only specialty drink we offered for the first several months.
Now that the shelter in place order has everyone at home, we thought it might be time to resurrect this recipe to offer an at-home latte. This time, though, we stepped it up to make an even better version than the original.
We created a special cold brew concentrate that we use only for our cold brew lattes. Because of the heavy concentrate it tastes more like espresso. This means it pleases the cold brew lovers and the latte drinkers alike. Everyone is happy, everyone is caffeinated.
We have our new and improved bourbon vanilla and our mocha as draft options in our cafe. We are working on a few more flavors coming soon so stay tuned for more!
